About OpenToDeals

Not every property fits a normal sale

Plenty of land and property sits unused because a conventional sale doesn't suit the owner. A field that's not for sale but could be grazed. An empty flat above a shop. A barn with potential but no planning. An owner who'd happily agree a lease option, a joint venture or a long lease, if the right person asked.

OpenToDeals is a private noticeboard for exactly that. Owners list what they have and say which deals they're open to. Verified buyers and investors can then approach them.

How we work

We're a noticeboard, not an estate agent. We never negotiate on anyone's behalf, we never hold deposits or money, and we don't take commission on deals. Owners stay in control from start to finish. They decide who to talk to, what to agree and on what terms, with their own solicitor handling the legal side.

Who's behind it

OpenToDeals was started by Idwal Williams, who has been involved in property for over 20 years, including years spent as a mortgage manager and broker. Along the way he's seen how many good deals never happen, simply because owners and the right buyers never find each other. OpenToDeals is built to fix that.
